All EMD passenger units assigned to Barstow and Argentine will have their fuel panels on each side to be removed. Work to be done at annual inspections at both San Bernardino and Cleburne shops.

All EMD cab passengers units assigned to Barstow and Argentine will have ladders installed on the right side of the nose for window washing and maintenance. Work to be done at San Bernardino and Cleburne Shops when units are processed for annual inspections.
