Chair cars are number starting from number 1 at the B end or Non-vestibule end, therefore, all trains that required advanced
chair car reservations shall have the vestibules to the rear.
Sleeping cars to be handled in the same way, except Sleeping cars shall have the vestibules to the front in accordance to Passenger Department
Requirements to match numbered sleeping quarters.
